WHAT WE DO
Our loan programs cover residential and commercial scenarios, including rental property financing, value add bridge loans, and development and construction funding. We typically operate in the 1 to 20 unit space, and fund in almost every state.
WHO QUALIFIES
We qualify borrowers based on overall financial strength and deal profitability. We are not a bank, so we do not lead with tax returns, W2s, and red tape, but we do care about experience, liquidity, and credit, ideally 640 plus, with a background free of major issues.
